These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the PopDocs website and the PopDocs Chrome extension (together, the “Service”). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

You may use the Service only if you are at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into a binding contract. By using the Service, you represent that you meet these requirements.
3. Description of the Service
PopDocs is a Chrome extension that helps you quickly access your recently used Google Sheets and other Google Drive files. The Service:

Shows a list of your recently accessed files

Lets you search and open files in new tabs

Does not store or read the contents of your files
4. Your Account and Google Services
To use PopDocs, you may need to be signed in to your Google account in your browser. Your use of Google services is subject to Google’s own terms and policies. PopDocs is not affiliated with Google and has no control over Google’s services.
You are responsible for:

Keeping your devices secure

Managing your own Google account settings and permissions

Ensuring you comply with your organization’s data and security policies (if applicable)
5. Privacy
PopDocs is designed to be privacy-first. We do not store or access the content of your files. For more details, please review our separate Privacy Policy available on this site.
By using the Service, you agree that we may process limited technical information (such as error logs or usage metrics) as described in the Privacy Policy.
6. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:

Use the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose

Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or modify the Service

Interfere with or disrupt the Service or its infrastructure

Use the Service in a way that violates any laws, third‑party rights, or your organization’s internal rules
We may suspend or terminate your access if we believe you are violating these Terms.
7. Intellectual Property
The PopDocs name, logo, website content, and extension code are owned by PopDocs or its licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Service solely for your personal or internal business use, in line with these Terms. You may not copy, distribute, sell, or create derivative works based on the Service without our prior written consent.
8. Third-Party Services and Links
The Service may interact with or link to third-party services (such as Google Drive or the Chrome Web Store). We do not control and are not responsible for:

The content, policies, or practices of third-party services

Any damages or losses arising from your use of those services
Your use of third-party services is at your own risk and subject to their terms and policies.
9. No Access to File Contents
PopDocs does not store, read, or transmit the contents of your Google Drive files. The extension only uses metadata and access information made available by your browser and Google to provide quick navigation.
You remain solely responsible for the content of your files and for complying with any applicable data protection, confidentiality, or regulatory requirements.
10. Changes to the Service
We may update, modify, or discontinue parts of the Service at any time, with or without notice. We are not liable to you or any third party for any change, suspension, or discontinuation of the Service.
11. Disclaimers
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, including but not limited to:

Reliability, availability, or accuracy of the Service
You use the Service at your own risk.
12. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, PopDocs and its owners, employees, and partners will not be liable for any:

Our total liability for any claim related to the Service will not exceed the amount you paid (if any) for using the Service in the 3 months before the event giving rise to the claim.

You agree to indemnify and hold PopDocs and its owners harmless from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or related to:

You may stop using the Service at any time by removing the PopDocs extension from your browser and no longer accessing our site.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without notice, if we believe you have violated these Terms or for any other reason.
Upon termination, the sections that by their nature should survive (such as Intellectual Property, Disclaimers, Limitation of Liability, and Indemnification) will continue to apply.
16. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Pakistan, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Karachi, Pakistan.
